Payment Policy

Order/Delivery Notes:

• For international orders, the delivery may be forwarded to the relevant delivery partners on the next day due to the time lapse.
• We do not deliver to Changi Cargo Complex, Jurong Island and Alps Avenue.
• There will be a charge of $15 for subsequent deliveries in the event that the item was delivered to the stated address but the recipient was not there.
• Payment will be collected before every order is arranged.
• Flowers are seasonal and hence Floral Train reserves the right to substitute any fillers of equivalent value in the event of unavailability of flowers or the unsuitability of the colours on the new flowers.

Order/Delivery Notes:

• In the event of cancellation of order, there will be no refund. Floral Train reserves the right to allow a one-time exchange of goods within one month of order placed.
